Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

At Forresso, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We ship our products from our warehouse in Bangalore.

1. Order Processing

  • We attempt to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of placement (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of ₹60 on orders below ₹500.
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Since we ship from Bangalore, our typical delivery timelines are:

  • Bangalore & South India: 1–3 business days.
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • North East & J&K: 7+ business days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express to ensure safe delivery. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Forresso ships only within India. We do not ship internationally at this moment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your Tracking ID. You can track your package directly on our courier partner’s website or via the link provided.

7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after 3 attempts (due to incorrect address or unavailability), the package will be returned to us. We will initiate a refund or re-ship the order upon request (re-shipping charges may apply).

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Do not accept any package if the seal is broken or looks tampered with.

  • If you receive a damaged product, you MUST record an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and the damage.
  • Send this video to forressocare@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9657471731 within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for damage or missing items.

9. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
