Common Questions
Everything you need to know
How long before I see results?
Most customers notice an improvement in skin brightness within 2–3 weeks. For stubborn PIH or melasma, allow 6–8 weeks of consistent use. Sunscreen (step 4) is non-negotiable — UV exposure undoes brightening progress.
Can I use Tranexaglow with Vitamin C?
Yes! Tranexamic Acid and Vitamin C work on different pathways, making them a great combination. Use Vitamin C in the AM and Tranexaglow in the PM if you're new to layering actives.
Is this suitable for sensitive Indian skin?
Absolutely. Unlike harsh bleaching agents, our formulas are free from hydroquinone, mercury, and steroids. Tranexamic Acid is one of the gentlest brightening actives available and is well-tolerated even on sensitive skin types.
Why is sunscreen so important for hyperpigmentation?
UV rays trigger the melanin production that causes dark spots. Without SPF, your brightening serum is fighting an uphill battle every day. Ultra Block Pro's SPF 75 PA++++ gives you the highest level of protection available.
What causes hyperpigmentation?
The most common causes are sun exposure, acne scars (PIH), hormonal changes (melasma), and skin inflammation. Indian skin produces more melanin as a protective response, which is why dark marks tend to be more persistent.
Can I use these products if I'm pregnant?
We recommend consulting your dermatologist or gynaecologist before starting any new skincare actives during pregnancy. Tranexamic Acid is generally considered safe topically, but your doctor's guidance takes priority.
